Individual Therapy
For adults who are ready to feel less stuck and more like themselves.
Has anxiety been running the show lately? Are you managing ADHD in a world that wasn't built for your brain? Are you in the middle of a big life change and aren't sure who you're becoming? Or maybe nothing is "wrong," exactly, but you feel stuck, disconnected, or tired of carrying everything alone?
You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Therapy is a space to slow down, get curious about what's happening, and figure out what you need, at your own pace and on your own terms.

I work with adults of all ages, including:
LGBTQ+ individuals. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community myself, I offer a space where your identity is understood and affirmed, whether you're exploring who you are, navigating family or work, or just want a therapist who gets it.
Neurodivergent adults. As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence from the inside. We'll work with how your brain actually works instead of trying to force it into someone else's mold.
People struggling with anxiety or depression that's making daily life feel heavier than it should.
Anyone navigating relationship challenges, whether with a partner, family, friends, or yourself.
People in life transitions, like a new job, a move, a breakup, coming out, becoming a parent, or any change that has shaken your sense of direction.
ENM and polyamorous folks looking for a therapist who's informed and affirming.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from:
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you make room for difficult thoughts and feelings while moving toward what matters most to you.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you notice and shift the patterns of thinking and behavior that keep you stuck.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills and mindfulness for managing big emotions, building distress tolerance, and staying grounded.
Above all, I aim to meet you with curiosity instead of judgment. I work from a gender- and neurodiversity-affirming, anti-racist, anti-oppressive lens, and I'll never ask you to be anyone other than who you are.
